The hotel offered comfortable rooms with no smell of cigarette. The location was great and allowed easy access to key tourist attractions. The customer service was also good as they changed my room after I reported a leaking ceiling.
The hotel fell short in terms of communication between staff as I was called to extend my stay even after checking out. the room I booked was supposed to have windows but did not, and the sink even fell off in the bathroom.
